he idea of carrying out the march is to commemorate one of the most important battles carried out on the territory of today’s Czech Republic. The indisputable result of the Great French Revolution (GFR) and the subsequent military campaign was the spread of the idea of GFR for European states, ie FREEDOM, EQUALITY, BROTHERHOOD. The Civil Code was subsequently introduced in the conquered and subjugated slave territories. Especially freedom and equality before the law are the principles of today’s democratic society. The legacy of the GFR is therefore timeless, unfortunately won by the blood of soldiers on all sides. The possible connection of the charitable side of the march to the Military Solidarity Fund of the Army of the Czech Republic reminds that even the current soldiers of the Army of the Czech Republic are bearers of the military tradition.
